I have noticed that this picture of me, taken in Prague, mirrors my collage ‘The Artworld.’ This is the body language of art appreciation/enlightment that I have named Art Yoga.
You can practice the first Art Yoga posture:
Stand straight and position your hands on your lower back, fingers pointing towards the floor. Curve your back and try to shorten the distance between your sholders… Breathe deeply, look up and open your heart and let your eyes travel through the art work that is in front of you. You can take some steps closer to the art piece and than step back to appreciate it also from a different distance.
